How Android can destroy the iOS
If you followed online discussions comparing android to iOS the one major complaint with Google's Android OS is that lack of "polish" or "finish". Even though each release looks nicer than the last. It still has that under-the-hood feel to it. Whereas iPhone on the other hand doesn't. This is one thing I like about the iPhone.
Now I'm going to cut to the chase. Google don't need to change there focus to design, but rather, reach into their deep pockets and create a new design department that will focus on 3 things;
1. User interface: They did a pretty good job with the picture gallery and it blows iOS' out of the water. However, I still think even that could use some improvements. I have a few constructive suggestions and ideas if Google is interested and I will offer them to Google for free. I'm even willing to sign a No-royalty-fee contract agreement if necessary.
2. User experience: I can't offer any useful suggestions on this but they could really start with finding a way to combine all the million functions into 3 main categories so even old people, busy people, and young 5 year old toddlers can discover them easily.
3. Bring it to the living room. No I'm not talking about that piece of crap Google TV they've released and re-released. I'm talking about a challenger to Play Station. Imagine a marriage between, Play Station, Hulu plus and Google plus. Can't? Okay Imagine that you could Play a game on PS3 with other Google plus users while using picture-in-picture to "Google Hang-out" with them? What if I could do that on my phone? Could I?
If you can manage to put that together in a box, call it GoogleTV and sell it at Walmart and sell it for $600. It'll probably be the first electronic I'll take out a loan to own.

How Google can win bloggers
The problem with Google Blogger is that it's trying to steal veteran bloggers already attached to a platform with a sub-par blogger rather than attracting new users from their user base with easy to use and understand blogs.
I believe anyone that's frustrated by character limitations on their Facebook status updates or twitter update is a potential client for Google blog, but here's the problem. It's too confusing to use especially for new users that aren't sure exactly what blogging is.
So Google if you can see this, here is my advice. if you want to take over the blogging market in one swell swoop. Simply design your blogg thingy for people who don't understand how blogging works. Like me :-)
End of test...
